GROUP SESSIONS

GROUP TRAINING

Our sessions are programmed with the perfect combination of HIIT and strength + functional conditioning. We do full body movements, powerful movements that are proven to get you fitter, faster and leaner quicker.

The group training sessions follow a functional strength and conditioning programme that focuses on building fitness, strength and lean muscle. The constantly varied workouts combine weightlifting with explosive and dynamic body weight exercises as well as HIIT and functional training, giving unparalleled results.

All our sessions are run by our elite personal trainers who ensure that everyone, no matter what your fitness level, gets the coaching that they need and deserve as a member. Every exercise can be easily regressed or progressed to your individual level.

Your success is our success

As we are a results-based gym we like to prove to you that all your hard work has been worth it. We run our group sessions in a 6-week cycle. At the end of every 6-week cycle is the testing week.

During the testing week we assess everyone’s strength gains, using 1RM tests, and fitness gains, using our cleverly designed fitness test. You will be amazed at how much you have improved. During this week we also invite you in for a goal setting session and comprehensive body composition assessment to see how your body is adapting to the nutrition and training you have been putting it through. Testing and retesting is proven to keep motivation at an all-time high.
